Terms of cooperation

How partnership works

Commercial terms are agreed individually in a signed Partner Card. The General Partnership Terms cover everything else.

Referrals

We refer travellers to you through the channel agreed in the Partner Card, each with a referral ID and only the minimum details needed to identify the customer. You contract with the customer directly and remain responsible for your services, prices and cancellations.

Commission

A percentage or fixed amount set in the Partner Card, calculated on what the customer actually pays you, excluding VAT and refundable deposits. It applies to registered referrals, or to all bookings by a referred customer during an agreed attribution period.

Statements and payment

We send a monthly statement within 15 days of month end. You have 7 days to raise any disputed items; the commission invoice is payable within 30 days. Refunds and cancellations are adjusted on the next statement.

Flexible and fair

No fixed term: either party may end the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Both parties follow Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act, and any changes to the terms are announced 30 days in advance.
